LTi Technology Solutions (LTi), a charter member in the industry, providing a lease and loan cloud platform to equipment finance companies, is excited to announce that Kate Cox and Scott Murchie have been promoted to Client Support Managers.

In their new roles, Kate and Scott will be responsible for assuring a high level of client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis, managing service escalations and focusing on improving overall support to clients. Kate has been with LTi for over four years and has acted as Team Lead for nearly two years. Blankenship continued: “With Kate and Scott’s knowledge of LTi’s technology solutions and the industry, they will be in a great position to help support, grow, and mature as we onboard our most recent batch of new hires. We also look forward to many internal activities such as support metric compliance and support structuring around our client centric-tiered approach.”

Cox remarked: “I’m excited and challenged by my new role and look forward to enhancing our client experience. LTi attracts people that are dynamic and passionate about serving our clients. We deliver incredible value for our clients and I can’t wait to explore how we can develop our business even further.”
