In 2016 we announced our entry into the SME market, as part of these plans our sales teams will be crucial in developing our customer basethroughtaking competitive products to market and making sure each customer we interact with has a truly red hot virgin experience! The Wholesale and Fleet segment will be one of the market areas we will be looking to gain traction in. We’re looking for a restless entrepreneur with a burning desire to make a real impact in our journey.

We’ll look to you to take our products to vendors, national vehicle contract hire and fleet management businesses and car sacrifice specialists, building long term relationships and ensuring we’re offering them the best products out there.

You’ll need to ensure that we meet our agreed volume, margin, term, fees and contribution targets are met, allowing you to have a significant contribution to our overall success and subsequent results.

Of course keeping us and our customers’ safe is a huge aspect of any role within Virgin Money, so we’ll ask you to create and present detailed credit proposals, ensuring compliance with our credit policies and general Governance and Compliance. You’ll then work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless delivery to clients. We’ll also look to you to provide subject matter expertise on wholesale and fleet financingstructures and work with Portfolio Management to identify trends in performance of our portfolio and implement strategic plans to improve results and embrace opportunities as they arise.

In joining us a key stage in our journey you’ll be instrumental in the success of our new venture.

You’ll need extensive experience of working within the Wholesale and/or Fleet market and a track record of delivering success against commercial targets. Keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do will be your focus, as this allows you to deliver the best possible solutions to the individual and their company. You’ll also have experience of writing detailed credit proposals with strong risk awareness and a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements we operate under.
