Asset finance funder Rivers Leasing has made four promotions within its team.
Rishi Shah, Darlene Fernandes, Jacqui Eadie and Paul Oxley have all been long standing members of the London-based company.

Shah, who has been business operations manager for six years, is now business operations director with immediate effect. Shah is a key presence within the team, working directly with Rivers Leasing’s brokers, vendors and customers, and heading up the daily operational running of the business, including the front-line underwriting of lease and loan proposals. Shah is the longest serving member of the Rivers team and has been instrumental in the growth of the business.
Fernandes, who joined Rivers Leasing in 2015, is now business operations manager. Jacqui Eadie, who has been with Rivers since June 2015, has been promoted to lease finance manager, and Paul Oxley, who joined in November 2018, is now the lease accountant.
