The Leasing Foundation has opened nominations for its annual ’30 Under 30′ index, celebrating innovative and inspiring young leaders in the asset finance sector.
Now in its fourth year, the ’30 Under 30′ recognises outstanding individuals making a significant impact in asset finance. Nominations are open to UK-based asset finance or leasing professionals aged 29 or younger as of 30 September 2024, working for either a lender or a service provider. Candidates can nominate themselves or be nominated by others.

Entries should be one to two pages long and demonstrate at least two of the following:
- Excellent performance in their role
- Examples of coaching or inspiring other young people at work
- Leading change or transformation in their business
- Supporting diversity and inclusion in their workplace
- Promoting the industry outside of their regular job
- Involvement in charitable activities
All entries, including a headshot, name, and company, should be sent to hello@leasingfoundation.org by Friday 13 September 2023. A panel of independent industry experts will select the final list, and winners will be announced and celebrated at an industry event in Q4 2024.

The 30 Under 30 is our way of recognising their hard work, celebrating their achievements, and supporting their growth. It shows them that their efforts are valued and appreciated.”
