Leasepath, the workplace origination (LOS) and customer engagement (CRM) platform, has partnered with Kennet Equipment Leasing, an equipment finance company.

Part of the Star Asset Finance network, Kennet has adopted the Leasepath platform across their enterprise.

Kennet previously experienced significant bottlenecks in their origination workflow due to various factors, including that their CRM and lease origination solutions were not integrated.

As a result, the goals for the project were to simplify business processes, modernize systems, and centralise all data into a single cloud solution.

“Our goal was to provide our customers and sales teams with the best possible experience when applying for equipment finance. Leasepath will allow us to streamline our processes to provide an even better experience to our customers,” said Tim Tainty, operations director with Kennet.

“Kennet wants to provide the best tools to enable our team to do their best work,” said Paul Slapa, group commercial director with Star Asset Finance.

“Moving off a vanilla Salesforce solution to the more powerful Microsoft Dynamics environment tailored specifically for asset finance needs by Leasepath means more efficiency for not only Kennet, but for their customers and business partners too,” said Jeffrey Bilbrey, Leasepath CEO.
