HP FS to fund cloud computing projects
HP is to provide up to $2bn (1.36bn) of financing for clients planning to move into cloud computing, via its leasing and asset management subsidiary HP Financial Services (HPFS). The financing will be available to qualified customers looking to acquire and implement solutions from HPs Cloud portfolio.
Ryder upgrades rental fleet
Ryder Europe, the commercial vehicle rental company, is to spend £22m (25m) on upgrading its UK rental fleet in response to growing demand for heavy goods vehicles as the economy recovers. BVRLA bid to help funders
The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) has launched a steering group aimed at developing the availability of competitively-priced funding for the vehicle rental and leasing industry.
