Volvo Financial Services has
scooped a lucrative deal to finance 10 new Volvo trucks for
Northern Ireland based haulier Morgan McLernon.

The deal is worth more than £1m
(€1.16m) and is a four-year contract hire agreement including full
maintenance and repair services through Volvo’s franchised dealer
Dennison Commercials, based in Northern Ireland’s town of
Dungannon.

The trucks are Volvo FH 6×2 460
Euro 5 tractors to be used across the UK and Ireland.

The latest addition brings Morgan
McLernon’s existing fleet to a total of 110 vehicles.

Morgan McLernon director James
Morgan listed Dennison’s focus on whole life costs, including
finance, efficiency and residual values, and the proximity of the
Dungannon depot as reasons behind the choice of the truck
maker.
