Societe Generale Equipment Finance (SGEF) has created an office equipment division in the UK, to be lead by Simon Rodway, who becomes the head of its office equipment channel.
SGEF said Rodway’s key objectives are to set up and develop its position in this market sector, with both dealers and manufacturers of Office Equipment (OE) and Telecoms Equipment, and added that Rodway will be based in SGEF’s Richmond office.
Rodway has spent over 20 years working within the financing and leasing industry specifically within the technology office equipment market place and leading key vendor relationships.
Most recently his Linked:In profile charts him as leading GE Capital’s office equipment channel as sales leader, with previous positions as a sales consultant for Hitachi Capital UK.

Rodway has also been general manager, head of vendor finance UK for Siemens Financial Services, and a sales leader for CIT and CIT Group UK, beginning his career at GE Capital in 1990.
