CHP Consulting chief executive Andrew Page has become executive chairman at CHP Consulting, resulting in a senior management reshuffle at the technology provider and business consultancy.

Page has stepped into the newly created role of executive chairman, meaning Andrew Denton, formerly chief operating officer, has become chief executive officer.

Vivienne Maclachlan joined from PwC, where she held the position of director and has worked since qualifying as an accountant. She has over 10 years’ experience with the Capital Markets team.

Page said: “It’s the right time for us to implement a new organisation to support our growth plans. I will continue to provide commercial oversight and strategic direction, and Andrew Denton will lead the company.”

Denton said: “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of chief executive officer and leading the company over what promises to be an incredibly exciting few years. We have huge ambition to grow both our software and our business. To support those plans we continue to appoint the very best people and I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Viv Maclachlan, who has a stellar CV and brings talent and experience to the finance side of the business.”

Maclachlan said: “I’m delighted to be joining CHP Consulting at such an exciting time. CHP is a truly exceptional business and I’m looking forward to a long and productive career.”
