CHG Meridian chairman Jürgen Mossakowski is to move to a supervisory position at the technology lessor after 18 years as chairman of the board of management.
Mossakowski will be succeeded as chairman of the board by international sales director Matthias Wagner, who has been with CHG since 2013; prior to which he worked in senior management at the Fresenius Group.
CHG-Meridian said that it would merge all of its international sales channels into one board remit to be headed up by Frank Kottman, currently director of sales for central Europe.
The lessor also announced that from January 1, 2017, Oliver Schorer will join the board of management with responsibility for a new IT and services remit. The lessor said further establishing and expanding the service business was of ‘immense’ strategic importance.
Schorer has held a range of managerial roles within the CHG-Meridian since 1999, including as chief information officer.
Jürgen Mossakowski said: “I am very pleased that it is possible for us to implement a decision that is important for the Company and for me in such a purposeful and structured manner. I firmly believe that the new board of management will continue the CHG-Meridien success story that dates back more than thirty years.”
