Russian truck manufacturer JSC KAMAZ has acquired the remaining
stake in OAO KAMAZ Leasing from a joint-stock company, the company
has announced.

KAMAZ, Russia’s largest automobile corporation – which is ranked
11th among the world heavy truck manufacturers – already owned a 51
percent stake in the leasing joint venture.

Last week it announced the acquisition of the remaining 49
percent from joint-stock company Center-Capital, a Russian lessor
specialised in motor vehicles and special-purpose equipment.

The joint venture between the vehicle manufacturer and the
leasing company was formed back in 2005.
