Tim Pulleyn has joined Aldermore as head of flow credit in the asset finance team according to a statement released by the bank.

Pulleyn joins the bank from Hitachi Capital where he spent two years as senior credit manager and head of asset management.

Aldermore said Pulleyn had brings extensive experience of managing credit risk teams, having spent over a decade in the industry working with companies including BNP Paribas and HSBC.

Pulleyn’s arrival is the latest of several appointments to Aldermore’s asset finance team. Last week the bank confirmed the hire of non-executive director Peter Anderson Shaw, while adding Neil Cochrane as another non-executive director. Aldermore said it intends to add another non-executive director as senior independent director before it floats.

Carl D’Ammassa, managing director of asset finance at Aldermore, said; "The industry is undergoing significant change, products are becoming increasingly innovative to cater for increasing demand from an ever increasing range of industries and the way we are regulated is also undergoing great shifts.
