UK vehicle management group Leasedrive Velo
has scooped a four-year fleet management contract with learning
disability charity Mencap.
The agreement covers buying, selling,
maintenance and accident management for 250 vehicles, as well as
short-term vehicle rental.
Steven Harrington, Mencap procurement manager,
said: “As with any charity, we have to think carefully about costs
and appreciate the fact that the group has accommodated the way we
operate through the flexibility of its invoicing and payment
processes.”
Leasedrive commercial director Roddy Graham
added: “Mencap is the latest addition to our fund-raising sector
client portfolio following an extensive tender process.
“We are delighted to be working with this
charity.”
