HP Financial Services (HP FS) has today
announced it has signed an agreement with marketing and
communications company Omnicom.

HP FS will now provide IT leasing services to
Omnicom brands globally in a deal valued at up to $25 million (€20
million) a year.

Omnicom brands will be able to acquire
equipment directly from HP or through local resellers.

Under the new agreement, Omnicom offices can
also have the charges integrated into a consolidated statement from
HP FS under lease terms established in a global master
agreement.  

The agreement will extend HP FS’ coverage to
Omnicom brands from the US and Canada to more than 40 countries
worldwide.
