Logistics firm Home Delivery Network (HDNL) has
ordered 158 MAN trucks.
The trucks come as fleet replacements and are on four and five
repair and maintenance deals plus MAN Fleet Management, the truck
maker’s own online Vosa and ‘O’ licence compliance tool.

The fleet being delivered includes 84 TGL trucks with Cartwright
demount bodies, 13 TGM drawbars and tandem axle trailers also
with Cartwright demount bodies, and 61 TGL trucks with box bodies
and tail-lifts by Bevans.
According to MAN, the company won the tender
thanks to a number of cost saving issues, including
residual values, maintenance and fuel economy.
HDNL director of fleet and facilities Brian Wheadon added that
“aftersales support appears very robust, although we will be
conducting a monthly review of dealer performance.”
