completed a deal to lease 105 Iveco Eurocargos and 20 Iveco Dailys
to DSG International (DSG), the UK consumer electronics retailer.
The deal, which includes full-service contract hire agreements
worth some £1.3m a year, is to cover DSG’s franchise fleet of
commercial vehicles.

The 7.5 ton Iveco Eurocargo 75SE 16’s will operate from DSG’s 15
regional home delivery service depots in the UK and will be used to
make many of the annual home deliveries of plasma TVs, computers,
fridges and washing machines which total around one million each
year to both internet and in-store customers.
Peter Mann, general manager Transport Operations at DSG, said
that the company’s criteria for selecting Fraikin included its
ability to offer a complete range of services ranging from
assistance with defining exact vehicle specifications, through to
delivery, finance, ongoing maintenance, key performance indicator
reporting and full contact support.
