DnB Nord Banka has been approved as a member of the NASDAQ OMX
Baltic Market stock exchanges in Tallinn and Vilnius.

The bank, which owns the Baltic lessor DnB Nord Lizings, was
already a member of the Riga stock exchange, and has now become the
28th pan-Baltic member. Membership of the stock exchanges will help
the bank to raise capital and debt securities on the market.

“The membership secures our position in the Baltic region,
offering wider and faster ways of trading financial instruments,”
said Uldis Buss, head of financial markets at DnB Nord Banka.

The bank will trade on the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Market under the
trading code ‘NLB’.
