Former Bank of London and the Middle East (BLME) head of leasing Frederick Yue has been promoted to the bank’s head of corporate banking, Leasing Life has learned.
Yue has had a long career in asset finance, including posts as executive director at ING Lease UK; various financial control posts at Lloyds Banking Group, and a two year stint at Syscap as chief financial officer, before joining BLME in 2012 as head of leasing, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Yue replaces Jervis Rhodes, who led the BLME corporate banking division for over six years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Brendan Walsh, formerly divisional director at Close Brothers for aviation and marine, has now been made head of leasing for BLME in Yue’s place.
