Austin is tasked with meeting aggressive growth targets,
including business finance relationships with other UK based
vehicle dealerships.

Austin replaces Richard Taylor who remains with the Siemens
business in a senior management position.

Rod Barthet, the UK sales and marketing director of SFS stepped
down in June this year to join a client of his former employer
after 20 years at the company. The move took place just weeks after
SFS’s appointment of James Gearey as the new head of the UK arm of
the company.

Prior to joining Siemens, Austin was dealer principal at West
London Audi where he had overall responsibility for a business that
employed some 90 people and turned over more than £40 million. He
brings over 20 years’ diverse sales and senior management
experience to the motor contracts business.
