ASF appoints new president

Frances leasing and consumer credit association Association Franaise des Socits Financires (ASF) has elected Bruno Salmon as its new president. Four vice-presidents have also been elected: Philip Dumont, MD of Credit Agricole Consumer Finance; Didier Hauguel, president of FranFinance, part of Socit Gnrale; and Thierry Willieme, MD of GE Capital France.

France’s leasing and consumer credit association Association Française des Sociétés Financières (ASF) has elected Bruno Salmon as its new president.

Salmon, who has been chairman of BNP Paribas Personal Finance since 2008, replaces François Lemasson, who has been elected as “honorary” president for the association.

Four vice-presidents have also been elected: Philip Dumont, MD of Credit Agricole Consumer Finance; Didier Hauguel, president of FranFinance, part of Société Générale; and Thierry Willieme, MD of GE Capital France.
