development manager.
Yorkshireman Winn moves from Platinum Fleet Management where he
held the position of operations director, adding clients such as
Budweiser to the portfolio.

The Staffordshire-based lease provider operates over 4,000
vehicles. “My new role will be focused on building the Motiva
Group’s portfolio, primarily on the contract hire side of the
business with cross-over into fleet,” said Winn.
“As an independent operator, we can offer services to companies
that may not be large enough to warrant a fleet manager, but have
anything from 10 to 500 vehicles in their fleet.
“The responsibility for fleet management then goes to, say, the
accounts department or HR. They’re not dedicated, so our service
provides the knowledge and technology for efficient management/
servicing, tracking, upgrading and disposal of the
fleet.”
