KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive financial business performance.
Articulation of key financial indicators for the leasing business.
Period Out looking and planning (one year – strategic plans).
Partner with Leasing GM providing technical accounting advice.
Provide business stakeholders with insight and information about key business activities.
Design, implement and monitor key internal controls.
Provide financial leadership and guidance and support the overall company and principles.
Liaise between the leasing business segment and the other financial functions (Controller, Accounting, COE, Risk, OTC, FP&A, etc..) using influence to achieve business outcomes that are aligned with the company accounting principles and standards.
Drive operational excellence in performance management.

Dutch speaking with good English knowledge (spoken and written).
Extensive experience working in Leasing Companies or similar as Finance Executive.
US GAAP Revenue recognition experience.
Qualified ACCA / ACMA.
Accuracy.
Numerate & PC Literate.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel .
Diligent.
Good interpersonal and management skills.
Disciplined and methodical with an eye for detail.
Organised, efficient and thorough to capture gaps in process.
Possess a willingness to take prime responsibility for projects and manage through to completion.
Understanding of the legal ramifications of contracts desirable.
MBA qualification desirable.
