Our client is seeking a Vehicle Finance Manager – UK, NW Eng (ref: J2028) to establish and develop the their vehicle finance activities for their growing financial services business. You will assist with the development and maintenance of effective and professional systems and processes to manage all the vehicle finance business including marketing, developing relationships with dealers, manufacturers & vehicle specific finance companies and resource planning for growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create & maintain relationships with dealers, manufacturers and vehicle finance companies.
Set up systems to manage the vehicle finance transactions.
Create Marketing plan.
Create leads.
Close deals.
Manage transactions.
Develop & implement ideas to increase the business.
Create forecasts.
Provide up to date and accurate reporting information and NI Contribution Records.
Recruitment & Training of new employees in the division.
Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and customers.
Projecting the correct image.

Significant experience in the vehicle finance including sourcing vehicles, the intricacies of manufacturer discounts etc. with good understanding of vehicle manufacturers, suppliers and distributors.
Dealership F&I / Business Manager / F&I Development Management experience advantageous.
Dynamic & hard-working.
Self-motivated.
Excellent commercial sense.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
To be proficient and confident working with numbers.
To be able to work efficiently in a pressured environment.
To be organised and methodical in approach.
Have a desire to learn and develop.
IT Literate.
Driving license essential.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Automotive Finance and Leasing.
