Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Software Finance – UK, Mids (ref: J1946) to develop financing business with software vendors within the product life-cycle management and digitisation space. This is a new role due to our client's business expansion in this competitive market.

ACCOUNT MANAGER, SOFTWARE FINANCE – KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Comprehensive, regular and accurate CRM completion and sales forecasting using the CRM system.
• Working with our client's appropriate business lines as responsible account manager.
• Work toward and exceed set sales objectives including new business volume and profit margins from client business line and and selected 3rd Party Software houses.
• Use your already extensive network of software manufacturers to gain a foot hold in the software funding sector.
• Structure transactions for software purchases including purchase of receivables, lease, loans.
• Build an extensive and strong collaboration network across our client's business lines.
• Facilitate delivery through a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a champion for driving day to day continuous and focused improvement methodology, that mutually benefit our customer and the business.

ACCOUNT MANAGER, SOFTWARE FINANCE – PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Currently a high achiever in the software funding sector preferably with a Tier 1 software suppliers funding arm or similar.
• Sales vendor account management background with a proven over achievement record.
• Technical ability to influence and lead vendor sales teams.
• Produce and execute Account Plans, Marketing campaigns and credit reports to a very high standard.
• Good grasp of legal and credit requirements in the software funding space.
• Excellent communicator at C level.
• Can demonstrate some previous experience and working knowledge of continuous improvement best practise.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
