Electric vehicle leasing company Carnato has joined forces with Zapmap, a UK charge point mapping service, to provide its customers with a membership to Zapmap Premium.
Carnato, whose aim is to revolutionise the way people experience mobility, is striving to ensure it offers customers an all-in-one electric experience. The company now provides every electric vehicle lease with a one-year Zapmap Premium membership included as standard.
With around 1.5 million downloads, Zapmap is an app for EV drivers in the UK, offering key features for drivers to find chargers, plan routes and pay for their charging sessions.
According to a statement by the company, Zapmap has established the most comprehensive map and dataset of EV charging points in the UK, with more than 95% of public charging locations mapped and over 70% of charge points displaying 24/7 live availability status.
On top of Zapmap’s core features, Zapmap Premium provides additional capabilities including enhanced filters and the ability to access Zapmap within the in-car dashboard via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
