Three ex-Aldermore staff and a former Bibby Financial Services employee have joined a UK leasing company, Ultimate Finance Group.
Mark Bennett has returned to the group as a regional director after five years with Aldermore Invoice Finance. Between 2007 and 2010 Bennett held a similar role at the company, before joining Aldermore Invoice Finance as a regional sales manager.

Bennett will now be responsible for increasing the business in South Wales.
Phil Coutanche has also joined as a regional director, responsible for developing business across Sussex, Kent and London. He joined the group from Bibby Financial Services, where he spent 13 years providing invoice finance and other funding options to businesses.
The recently opened Leeds office has added Noel Haverly and Michelle Hoole as regional director and client manager respectively.
Both have joined having spent eight years at Aldermore Bank.
