Ultimate Finance has appointed Vince Tovey as national head of sales for trade finance.

Tovey will be responsible for the invoice finance sales team, and will be tasked with developing Ultimate Finance’s trade finance offering.

Based in the Manchester office, Tovey will be responsible for driving Ultimate Finance’s growth in the North West region.

Tovey has 30 years’ experience in banking and asset based lending, and has worked for NatWest, HBSC, Davenham, and Aldermore.

Tovey said: “I am confident the next few years will see Ultimate Finance expand its market share considerably as many SMEs continue to struggle to find the right funding partner to help grow their business.

“This is an exciting time to be part of a very forward-thinking business and I look forward to adding real value.”
