UK-based alternative finance provider Time Finance has appointed Donna Lambert as a business development manager within its Invoice Finance team.

The move is part of the company’s plan to strengthen its market position in the South East region.

Lambert has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry.

In her career, Lambert has served various prominent roles, including relationship management at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Invoice Finance and Bibby Financial Services, which specialises in providing financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

She has also held sales positions at Renaissance Asset Finance and Grenke UK.

Lambert’s primary responsibility at Time Finance will be to expand the network of introducers primarily across the South East region.

The recruitment of Lambert is part of Time Finance’s series of strategic appointments.

It recently appointed Georgina Harrison and Alice Cox as relationship managers.

Time Finance serves over 10,000 UK businesses to support them in accessing the necessary finance required for achieving their growth objectives.

In addition to Invoice Finance, the company’s portfolio comprises business loans, asset finance, and asset-based lending services.
