The Finance & Leasing Association (FLA) has appointed Mike Randall as a board director, effective from January 2022.

He is currently the CEO of Simply Asset Finance and Chair of the Leasing Foundation.

Randall (pictured here) has over 35 years’ experience in the asset finance sector and is passionate about encouraging cross-sector collaboration which he believes will help all small and medium enterprises across the UK grow and prosper.

Stephen Haddrill, director general of the FLA said:

In November, the FLA appointed Rebecca McNeil as its Chair, marking the first time in its almost 30-year history that a woman will occupy the role. She succeeds Richard Jones, who has held this post since 2017, the Association said.

Rebecca McNeil becomes first woman to lead UK’s FLA
