Siemens Financial Services (SFS) will increase the size of its Manchester vendor finance team, which is based at Sir William Siemens House.

The financial services provider decided to relocate its vendor finance sales support team from Bristol in early June, and the staff started at their new location on 15th August.

SFS hopes that improved delivery and customer service will result in the whole vendor finance sales support team now in the same location.

SFS said, in a statement: “[The move] allows SFS to expand its centre of excellence for customer service by bringing together a wealth of experience and knowledge under one roof.

“In this way, the move will strengthen sales support; aligning processes and improving communications.”

Jo Harris, SFS head of sales – vendor finance, said: “Our existing team in Manchester provides an excellent foundation for us to build on… They are truly embedded within our business and are passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers.
