Cavendish Clinic, a medical aesthetic and luxury treatment centre, with clinics in England, Scotland and California, has agreed on a leasing deal with Siemens Financial Services.

The company, which offers doctor-led skin treatments, wanted to expand into the service of non-surgical advanced needling by investing in a number of Morpheus8 devices for four of its sites, the company said in a press release.

“We’ve been expanding rapidly since launching in 2011. Most recently we’ve opened clinics in John Lewis stores around the UK and another site in Los Angeles. We’re thrilled with our footprint, but we wanted to continue to deliver the latest and best options to our patients by offering this popular doctor-led treatment,” said Ajay Gulati, CEO at Cavendish Clinic.

“We knew providing the service would attract more patients and generate new revenue streams but as a fast-growing small business, we also wanted to be mindful of cash flow,” Gulati said.

He added that Siemens Financial Services (SFS) designed a 3-year lease agreement that matched the expected revenue streams of the company, freeing up working capital for other business needs.

Cavendish has been offering Morpheus8 micro-needling for several months and has treated over 100 patients to date.

“Where SFS really step up is exceptional customer service. As a small business we want to partner with someone we can trust and that’s why we’ve worked together with them for the last 10 years,” Gulati said.

Sally-Anne Whybrow, Healthcare Business Development Manager at SFS said: “Over the years, we’ve been able to build a mutual trust with Cavendish based on our shared understanding of and commitment to their business, their market, and their growth ambitions.

“Cavendish is the perfect example of how finance can be leveraged to continually invest in treatments and services without sacrificing cash flow. With leasing as their solution of choice, they’ve developed a network of leading clinics delivering the latest treatments to their patients.”
