SGEF executive added to SocGen management committee

By Alejandro Gonzalez

Odile de Saivre, deputy chief executive of Societe Generale Equipment Finance, has been appointed to the Societe Generale Group Management Committee, the company said in a statement.

Odile will join Jochen Jehmlich, SGEF’s chief executive, in the committee to represent SGEF.

The Group Management Committee is made up of around 60 senior managers, including the heads of the 16 business units (business lines, regions) and nine service units (support functions).

The Management Committee meets several times a year to discuss strategy across four areas: customer satisfaction, employee commitment, corporate social responsibility and financial performance.

Societe Generale Equipment Finance

Odile de Saivre joined Societe Generale in 1997 in the equity capital market team within Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking.

In 2010 she headed the global finance team in charge of credit risk monitoring before moving to Russia as deputy head of Rosbank’s corporate lending department. Rosbank is part of the international financial group Societe Generale.

Since 2015, Odile has been in charge of the project export finance team within global finance/export finance business line. Odile holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
