Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance has provided asset based finance facilities to Infiniti Films and White Knight Laundry Services.
The company together with SKG Capital have provided £1m (1.27m) worth of funding and investment to support the acquisition of White Knight Laundry Services, a provider of laundry services to international hotel chains.
The joint equity funding and asset based lending facility marked the second transaction that Secure Trust Bank and SKG have completed in the laundry sector, following the £4m backing of AAA Linen in November 2014.
Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance has also provided Infiniti Films with a £500,000 invoice finance facility, to facilitate the firm’s expansion into global markets.
Based in Liverpool, Infiniti Films supplies slitting, extrusion and rewinding facilities to clients across the UK and Europe.
