She is joined by Lisa McCulloch who leads the back-office team. McCulloch started her career as an accountant but has spent the last decade specialising in payroll solutions.

Wheeler said: “We have set ourselves an ambitious objective to increase our support to UK businesses at a time when they are looking for help to get their businesses back to pre-Covid levels and to shore themselves up against future challenges.

“The support of our parent Cubitt Trade Holdings (Europe) LLC means we have the security of strong funding lines and an expert team behind us. I am looking forward to working with Lisa and to making a difference to UK businesses”.

Pulse Outsource provides funding support to businesses that need to pay placement and contract staff while waiting for client invoices to be paid. It also manages the day-to-day running of back-office administrative tasks such as raising invoices and paying placement and contract staff helping to reduce overheads and use time more efficiently.

Toni Dare, on behalf of Cubitt Trade Holdings, said: “Helen’s drive will prove valuable as we continue to demonstrate our ambition and flexibility in delivering solutions which support the growth of businesses across the UK. With Lisa as the other half of this dynamic leadership team we are confident that we have a strong team in place to achieve our ambitious plans”.
