
PEAC Solutions has named Eileen Schoonmaker as President of the Americas, effective 16 June 2025, according to a press release.
The asset finance firm said Schoonmaker will oversee operations across the region, including credit, customer care, IT, legal, and sales support, with a mandate to enhance performance, support innovation and create long-term value.

Schoonmaker joins with over 35 years of experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance. Most recently, she served as President and General Manager at DLL, where she led a 700-employee US operations hub in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Her remit included contract origination, portfolio management and customer service for a substantial share of DLL’s US business. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at AT&T Leasing and its predecessor companies across operations, sales and general management.
Schoonmaker holds a degree in business and finance from Stockton University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Commenting on the appointment, PEAC Solutions’ Global CEO Bill Stephenson said Schoonmaker is “a transformational leader” who will “inspire our workforce and further optimise our operating environment”.
Schoonmaker said she was “honoured to join PEAC Solutions at such a dynamic time” and looked forward to building “a high-performing culture” while scaling operations and strengthening market position.
