VOLVO FINANCIAL
SERVICES

Nick Levey, Volvo FS’s
divisional director for the company’s construction area, stepped
down at the end of December.

Previously he was a divisional
director for the company’s bus and coach businesses, and then was
appointed as director of business development, a position which he
started in 2004. The Warwick-based subsidiary of the Volvo Group
said that nobody would replace him for the moment.
His departure is believed to be linked to a downturn in the
construction sector in 2008.
At least four others are understood to be leaving, all of them
being regional sales managers. A
company spokesperson declined to comment on the matter.
