Reward Finance Group, an alternative finance provider with offices in Leeds and Manchester, has appointed Steve Noble as managing director of its North West region.
Noble has more than 30 years’ experience in SME funding and leading financial services teams.

He joins from Ultimate Finance Group, where he held the post of chief operating officer for four years, before which he was with Aldermore Bank, Bibby Financial Services and RBS.
In his new role, Noble will lead the company’s expanding North West team and help to raise awareness among introducers and SMEs within the region.
The appointment completes the formation of the senior management team at Reward, with Noble taking over the role in the North West from Nick Smith (who has stepped up to become group managing director) and Gemma Wright who will continue on as managing director of Yorkshire and the North East.
Nick Smith said: “With Gemma Wright heading up the Leeds office and Steve responsible for Manchester, both of whom are supported by some of the most experienced people in the finance sector, we really do have a formidable team to take the business forward.”
