UniCredit Leasing has appointed two new CEOs
for its Croatian and Slovakian subsidiaries, both coming from the
UniCredit bank network.

Eugen Paic-Karega will run UniCredit Leasing
Croatia. He replaces Luca Ziero, who has been promoted to regional

Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Paic-Karega previously was head of personal
finance at Zagrebacka Banka (ZB), Croatia’s largest bank and also

Croatian National Bank.

Jakub Dusílek is the new CEO of UniCredit
Leasing Slovakia. He replaces Jirí Matula, who has been promoted to
regional manager responsible for commercial coordination of
Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

In his most recent role, Dusílek was head of
strategic business development projects at the Czech arm of
UniCredit Bank. He joined UniCredit in 2003 and prior to that
worked as a lawyer and in the sector of pension funds in the Czech
Republic. The managerial team supporting the new chief executive
includes Angeline Michelle Koch as chief financial officer and
Lukás Musílek as chief risk officer.

UniCredit Leasing is the largest leasing

Slovakia. The lessor’s international markets are headed by the
company’s vice general manager Carlo Marini.
