Asset and motor finance software provider Cassiopae has made a quartet of management appointments as part of the company’s push for global expansion.
Alun Booth has become group services director for global operations at the Paris-based firm, having previous held the positions of UK and Nordics director at the company. Booth remains chairman of the board at the Cassiopae subsidiary Field Solutions of which he was previously managing director.
John Allen moves from his position of development director at Field Solutions, which Cassiopae acquired in September 2011, to become director of SME and pricing solutions with responsibility for the firm’s Finlex SME lender software and services operations, as well as pricing via Freehand, the company’s Windows-based valuation tool.
Johnnie Halliday, also from Field Solutions, has joined Cassiopae’s Europe Asset Finance Market team as regional business development director for the UK and Nordics.
Alexandre Ellwood has been appointed to lead the UK-based consulting team.
Emmanuel Gillet, chief executive at Cassiopae, said the appointments would strengthen the firm’s growing international operations which now total more than 300 sites in 35 nations.
Cassiopae acquired contract hire software supplier Motivity Solutions earlier this year and joined European leasing trade body Leaseurope in October 2012. In April it also ensured its V4 software could comply with Sharia Law to allow for product compatibility with Islamic finance operators in the international market.
