Athena Chrysanthou, our reporter of just three months, had the good fortune to come in for a worthy mention at a GlobalData awards ceremony held at London’s Crowne Plaza today.
Fortune, however, did not see her walk away with the Rising Star prize, for which she was competing with just three others in what was stiff opposition.
Athena is an MA graduate of the City University Journalism school and before joining GlobalData Plc she also worked at the Daily Express and the Times newspaper.
GlobalData has around 20 websites and approximately 40 journalists work out of its London offices, so Leasing Life takes pride in the knowledge that it can count Athena as one of its own.
