A new channel has opened in US leasing with
the launch of LeaseQ.com, a leasing comparison website which
“connects businesses, equipment dealers and leasing companies.”
The service will provide pre-qualifying
“within a matter of minutes”, instant online quotes and comparison
shopping features. There is no charge, and the credit check “is
designed not to impact the applicant’s credit rating or score”.

where leasing “has been co-opted by sales people and other entities
who muddle the process more than is needed” it “offers equipment
leasing opportunities in a method designed to benefit the buyer,
not the sales staff.”
