LeasePlan UK has appointed Lisa McGowan to the position of customer services director, effective immediately.
McGowan brings a range of commercial experiences to the role, previously working as commercial excellence director at LeasePlan UK.

In this role she created the commercial excellence function and managed its specialist teams which covers areas such as commercial vehicles, mobility services and employee rewards.
McGowan will aim to strengthen and develop LeasePlan’s customer services operations team.
