Investec Asset Finance is due to appear in court next month in
connection with the Cru Investment saga.

The leasing company, which has emerged as a creditor of Cru
Investment Management, has filed a winding-up petition against the
company.

Lawyers Blake Lapthorn Linnell are representing Investec
Asset Finance. Cru has appointed accountants Haris Lipman as
administrators to the business.

The winding-up order is to be heard at the Royal Courts of
Justice on 10 March after Investec filed the petition on 21
January.

Cru went into liquidation last month and it was announced that
Marc Ainscough, its managing director, had stepped down.
