Insight Investments, LLC, has appointed Robert Kolek as Chief Financial Officer. Based in California, the company supports businesses globally with equipment acquisition, leasing, and asset management solutions.
Kolek will oversee all aspects of the firm’s financial management, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate reporting, treasury, and tax. He joins Insight Investments with more than two decades of experience in leasing and equipment finance.

Prior to this role, Kolek was Senior Vice President and Controller at Mitsubishi HC Capital America. He has also held senior finance roles at Relational, LLC, Engs Commercial Finance, and Hitachi Data Systems. He began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Christopher Czaja, President of Insight Investments, said Kolek’s financial and industry expertise would support the company’s ongoing growth strategy.
Kolek holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
