Lease portfolio managers Innervision have announced a marketing partnership with Quartz Finance, a finance structuring provider.

The companies said the alliance will enable them to "improve the breadth and quality" of their offering to customers.

Combined, in 2013 the two companies financed equipment and services to the total value of €250m.

Martin Kennard, director of Innervision, expressed excitement at the opportunities the joint marketing approach would create.

He said: "Whilst we will continue to focus on our core lessee clients and lease portfolio management services, we will now be in a position to deliver broader solutions to those clients and new prospects to include more complex financial arrangements such as receivables financing."

Though continuing to operate as separate entities, the companies stated they will be "actively seeking" opportunities to share clients, services and skills.
