ING Lease UK implements CHP solution

ING Lease UK, the British division of
Dutch leasing company ING Lease, has implemented CHP Consulting’s
software solution for credit decisioning and introduced new
analytic features. ING Lease UK’s CEO Chris Stamper said that the
tool, a business rules engine extension to the CHP ALFA lease
platform, will support service proposition “around fast, accurate
credit decisions” and allow the company to “react quickly and
confidently to the changing market conditions”. The ALFA Business
Rules Engine solution, implemented by ING Lease, also includes a
feature that allows rule designers to feed past data through newly
modified decision trees and compare the results.

CFC launches PAYG software

Software provider CFC Solutions is to
offer small and medium vehicle lessors a fleet management solution
on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis. The company said that Contract
Manager, its business software for outsourced fleet management,
will now be supplied through a PAYG option for those operators
which otherwise would find the cost of the software too high for
their business. CFC Solutions’ MD Neville Briggs said: “By making
the software available on a PAYG basis, we are removing this
obstacle at a stroke and providing a simple, low-cost way for these
companies to gain many kinds of cost control and service
benefits.”

CAP’s new pricing tool

CAP, a provider of vehicle valuation
data, has launched an updated version of its instant used vehicle
tool which includes additional information compared with the
previous version. The car and van pricing tool, called Valuation
Anywhere, provides users with instant mileage-adjusted vehicle
values.

The new version is set to send extra
information such as full technical specification, including CO2
emissions and engine size, as well as historical information, such
as the number of previous owners and the date of the last change of
keeper.
