Manheim Remarketing has been awarded an
exclusive three-year contract with Hitachi Capital Vehicle
Solutions (HCVS).

Berkshire-based HCVS is expected to remarket
more than 15,000 vehicles through various Manheim sales channels
during the course of the contract period and more than 100 cars per
week will be offered through Manheim’s Leeds and Bristol auction
centres.

Commercial vehicles will be sold weekly
through Manheim’s Gloucester site. The auction programme starts at
the Leeds centre on 11 October.

Tim Bowden, head of operations at HCVS, said:
“We reviewed the remarketing industry for a number of months during
the tender process and were most impressed with Manheim’s
innovative approach and customer focus.”

Manheim managing director Mike Pilkington said
the company was “delighted” to be working with HCVS.
