Field Solutions has acquired the
intellectual property rights to back-office software Finlex from
Geoplex, a UK-based software house.
The company said the acquisition
increases its customer base to nearly 150 clients and extends its
asset finance business process framework by providing an end-to-end
process from origination to contract administration. The company
said the solution will be aggressively priced to attract new market
entrants.

Field Solutions MD Alun Booth said:
