Evolve Business Finance has appointed Will Smith as a commercial finance broker, strengthening its team as demand for its services increases.
Smith is to transition into commercial finance after a successful career in sales, having previously worked at MIH Global and Marshalls Motor Group.

Evolve Business Finance director Stef Radymski welcomed the appointment, stating: “Will is a fantastic addition, and we’re looking forward to seeing him develop in this role. With more deals coming in and the team expanding, we’re also looking at moving into a bigger office to give us the space we need.”
Alongside Smith’s arrival, Nilima Begum has also stepped into a commercial finance broker role after completing a six-month training programme. Her progression further strengthens Evolve’s team as it continues to help businesses secure funding.
