BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions UK has appointed a head of service delivery for its Equipment and Logistics Solutions (ELS) division.
In her new role, Andrea Rix, who has been with the business since 2001, will focus on using her understanding of the asset finance industry in areas such as new business, credit, asset management and customer service.

Rix most recently held the position of head of business transformation where she took a lead role in implementing a series of initiatives such as the company’s mid-term strategic plan known as ‘Transformation 2020’. Other roles held by Rix during her time at BNP Paribas include as head of ELS vendor operations.
As part of her new role, Andrea joins the UK business leadership team including Mark Richards, head of sales, who has also been newly appointed to the role.
Departing the business is Jon Cooper, head of ELS vendor sales. Cooper will be entering his retirement early 2019, having been at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions for 7 years. During his time, Cooper worked with the ELS division in key asset finance markets such as farm, construction, commercial vehicles and materials handling, as well as instigating expansion in to adjacent markets such as food manufacturing and trailers.
